Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This website (ats.anmol.be) and the services described on it are operated by Anmol Singh Sandhu, an individual operating from Antwerp, Belgium, trading as “Anmol Tradesman Sites” (“we,” “us,” “our”). Contact: hello@anmol.be.
2. Agreement
By purchasing our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
3. Services
We provide three categories of service:
(a) Website Build ($399, one-time). A custom static website of 1–5 pages, mobile-responsive, including contact form, click-to-call button, Google Maps embed, and handover on a domain you own or purchase.
(b) Monthly Maintenance ($59/month). Uptime monitoring, SSL certificate management, one content update per month (changes taking under 15 minutes, such as hours, photo swap, phone number update), weekly backups, a monthly traffic report, and domain renewal management.
(c) Add-on Services. Google Business Profile optimization, SEO setup, copywriting, additional pages, booking integrations, and monthly SEO content, each priced as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate content (business information, images, copy, logins as needed).
- Respond to feedback requests within 7 calendar days. Delays in your response extend our delivery timeline accordingly.
- Ensure you hold the legal rights to all content you provide (text, images, logos, trademarks).
- Pay all fees when due.
5. Payment
- All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- The $399 build fee is due upfront via Stripe before work begins.
- The $59/month maintenance fee is billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis starting on the date your site goes live, until you cancel.
- Failed payments may result in maintenance services being paused after 7 days of non-payment.
6. Delivery
Typical build timeline is 5–10 business days from receipt of your content and kickoff questionnaire. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. The build fee includes up to two rounds of revisions; additional rounds are billed at $75/round.
7. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website code and content.
- We retain the right to display the delivered site in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
- You grant us a license to host, modify, and maintain your site for the duration of any active maintenance subscription.
8. Maintenance scope
Monthly maintenance does not include: redesigns, new pages, functionality additions, content creation, SEO work, or updates exceeding 15 minutes. Such work is quoted separately as an add-on.
9. Cancellation and refunds
All services are non-refundable. See our separate Refund Policy for full details. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and deliver on time. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes, lead generation results, or uninterrupted service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from content you provided, your use of the delivered site, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the monthly maintenance subscription at any time as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use our services unlawfully.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
